  I have been going to the sexsmith clinic since they opened around 15 years ago, just recently I booked a very important appointment for two weeks ahead of time, a week later they called me and told me it was wrongly booked and they could get me in, in July over a month away they did not even say sorry or try to accomadate me in any way. Every time I book an appointment it takes forever to get in because they take walks ins as priority over there own patients, one time I went in as a walk in first thing in the morning like they suggest I was near the end of the line and when I got to the front desk they told me that they did not have any room for me right now and to call them back at 2 to see if they could get me in, so I did and they told me to go to another clinic so I waited around all day to find out I wasn't able to get in, I am very unhappy with the way things are ran at this clinic and I will be going elsewhere even though I love the doctors.

  Made an appointment for a prescription refill. They said the soonest they could get me in was a month later. Told me the appointment was for 10am in the morning. I confirmed with the lady that it was indeed at 10, since I wrote it down. I get to the clinic only to be told that I missed the appointment at 8am. I told her what had happened and that there was a miscommunication somewhere. She said they were too busy and if I could come back another day. I told her I couldn't because I was out of my prescription that day. She sighed and told me to take a seat. I wait for 2 and a half hours. 2 and a half hours. Until the nurse notices me and gets the receptionist to call me back up. "Are you waiting for someone?" she says. I told her absolutely not, and that I was waiting for her to call me for an appointment that takes maximum 5 minutes. She proceeds to tell me that she said I could come back another day. I told her no, she told me to sit down until she forgot about me for 2 and a half god damn hours. "Oh. Well let me see what I can do" I sit for another 15 minutes until a nurse comes to finally bring me to my doctors appointment. Not once did I get an apology. All I got was a rude and despicable attitude towards a miscommunication that I had no fault in. I love the doctors and nurses. Too bad your reception staff cant get their **** together.
