  Waited almost two hours never seen the vet, my sister has to go to work so we left. They moved us from the waiting room because my dog wasn't friendly with the other animals. The people who came after me left before me so I didn't bother to reschedule, and it was beyond packed when I walked out. Everyone said it was worth the drive into the middle of no where but not for me. On the bright side the staff were very nice.

  This is the second time in a short period where this happened. I will start by saying the vet was very good, he was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. However we were in the waiting room for over an hour and a half as three people with appointments scheduled after ours, who had been waiting significantly less time than us got in before us. None of them had animals experiencing an emergency. One person was there for the same reason as us and was in the waiting room over an hour less! As I was frustrated I brought this up with the staff but the evening person just started and did not know why this happened. As I told them, I do not mind waiting my turn but when 3 people took my turn it makes me feel, as a customer, unwelcome. The staff could not give me any answer therefore I can only conclude that the answer is poor customer service. As a result we will not be returning, I would rather give my money to a place that treats its customers fairly. Not that we should have been given a priority over others but it is even further agrivating when your pregnant wife and two year old are stuck in the waiting room while others are taking your turn because the staff tell them it's theirs.
